About This Project

Lincoln Initiative (LI) was born from the optimistic view that when technology and public policy meet, under the right conditions and with the right tools, both worlds win. LI wanted to organize a hackathon to benefit those impacted by the refugee crisis globally. As a US city with a thriving community for refugees, Atlanta, GA was selected to host this hackathon. Amplify 4 Good was responsible for planning and producing the hackathon, crafting problem stories, researching background data on the challenge, and recruiting technical talent.
